Full-time internship during Bachelor's program. Developed a Java web module (JSF, Hibernate, Tomcat) integrated into an HR management system for public administrations and healthcare institutions. Integrated Google Maps APIs to automatically calculate home-to-work distances for employee travel allowance computation.

PicarX — Self-Driving Car

Team project (8 members). Developed a self-driving system on a scaled PicarX car in a miniaturized urban environment. Implemented Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning modules with Computer Vision for lane detection, pedestrian recognition, and road sign classification.

Progetto di gruppo (8 persone). Sviluppato un sistema di guida autonoma su un'auto in scala PicarX in un ambiente urbano miniaturizzato. Implementati moduli di Machine Learning e Reinforcement Learning con Computer Vision per rilevamento corsie, riconoscimento pedoni e classificazione segnali stradali.

IoT Fall Detection System

Embedded system in C on Arduino Nano 33 BLE for fall detection via accelerometer, with real-time communication using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Built an Android app in Flutter for continuous device monitoring and BLE alert reception. Implemented a Python bot for automatic emergency notifications to designated contacts.

Sistema embedded in C su Arduino Nano 33 BLE per il rilevamento cadute tramite accelerometro, con comunicazione real-time via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). App Android in Flutter per il monitoraggio continuo e la ricezione di alert BLE. Bot Python per notifiche di emergenza automatiche ai contatti designati.

Bachelor's Thesis — Ocular Data Analysis in Parkinson's

Study of eye movements to define patterns in Parkinson's patients. Used Tobii Pro Glasses 3 for data acquisition and developed Python algorithms for data analysis and optimization.
